Welcome to www.way2haul.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by Way 2 Haul LLC, including trailer rentals, dump trailer drop-offs, and junk removal services. By booking any of our services or accessing this site, you agree to the following terms:

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use our services.
   
• All information provided must be accurate and up to date.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
   

• Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to reserve a trailer. The rental balance is due at pickup.
   
• Pickup & Return: Full-day rentals are based on a 24-hour period unless otherwise agreed upon. Late returns may incur additional fees.
   
• Usage: Renter is responsible for inspecting the trailer before use and must comply with all towing laws and weight limits.
   
• Damage & Liability: Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or misuse. Customer’s credit card may be charged for any repairs or damages if not paid by the rentee.
   
• Insurance: Proof of valid driver’s license and insurance coverage is required. If the renter's insurance does not cover trailers, a supplemental policy may be required at an additional cost.
   

• Our dump trailer drop-off service includes a 24-hour rental period with one dump included.
   
• Overloaded trailers or prohibited items may result in additional fees or refused service.
   
• The customer is responsible for safe loading. Weight limits must be observed.
   
• Prohibited items include but are not limited to: hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, tires, batteries, asbestos, and flammable liquids.
   

• Estimates are provided based on the description or photos provided. Final pricing may vary upon arrival.
   
• Accepted Items: Most household junk, furniture, appliances, yard waste, and construction debris.
   
• Prohibited Items: Same as listed above under dump trailer service. Additional charges apply if prohibited items are found.
   
• Access: Customer must ensure clear and safe access to junk removal areas.
   

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment apps.
   
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
   
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in non-refundable fees.
   

• Way 2 Haul LLC is not responsible for injury, damage to property, or delays due to weather, traffic, or equipment failure.
   
• We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use our equipment or services.
   

• Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared without consent. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for more information.
   

• We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
